Shamrock Smoothie
Serves 1

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach or kale
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp mint extract
  • ice cubes

Blend and serve.
