Roasted Broccolli

  • 2 heads Broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Toss the broccoli with all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and spread the broccoli out evenly. Lay the florets onto their crowns to get them extra crisp on top.
  • Roast for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
