- 2 heads Broccoli cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Toss the broccoli with all of the ingredients in a bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spread the broccoli out evenly. Lay the florets onto their crowns to get them extra crisp on top.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
