Parmesan Oregano Potato Wedges

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges.
Combine lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, pepper, salt, garlic and ½ the parmesan in a large bowl.
Add potatoes and toss well to coat.
Place potatoes on a baking sheet that has been coated with cooking spray.
Bake potatoes for 20 minutes then flip to the other side and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese. Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned.
