If you have anxiety that adversely affects your sleep try lavender spray! Here’s what you’ll need to make this:

4 oz. Glass Spray Bottle
1 oz. Witch Hazel
3 oz. Filtered Water
10-20 drops Lavender essential oil

What to do:
1. Add witch hazel and essential oil to glass bottle. Cover & shake well for about to 10 seconds.
2. Add filtered water, cover and shake another 10 seconds.
3. That night, spray a few drops your pillow & sheets and drift away to sleep!
